ready for transformation
The Perception Method is an integrative coaching approach
An intensive coaching process around self-awareness and well-being.
The Perception Method is an integrative coaching approach
It sees itself as an alternative psychotherapy technique based on activating self-awareness in order to recognize and differentiate physical, emotional, mental and psychosocial connections.
This differentiation serves to recognize burdens and to foster the ability to resolve and transform conflicts.
The core assumption of the Perception Method is that the solution to problems lies in our consciousness, which is based on the three forces of thinking, feeling and acting. Each of these forces must be fully experienced:
Thoughts must be thought through completely, feelings felt fully and actions consciously perceived.
This method integrates elements from various disciplines and practices:
Biographical work: This technique refers to analyzing and reflecting on your own life story in order to recognize patterns and formative events that influence present behavior and experience.
Systemic constellations and systems theory: This attempts to understand and work on the dynamics and relationships within systems (e.g. family, workplace).
Anthroposophical insights: This spiritual science, founded by Rudolf Steiner, emphasizes the importance of self-development and spiritual growth.
Coaching methodology: Focuses on developing and implementing personal goals and achieving professional and private success.
Spiritual practices such as meditation and mediation: These help to foster inner calm and clarity and to resolve conflicts peacefully.
The Perception Method thus uses a combination of depth-psychological, systemic, spiritual and practical approaches to support individuals in their personal and professional development and to foster holistic well-being. The human being as antenna and temple: why nutrient supply belongs to it
In the Perception Method developed by Yesha Karmeli, the physical body is the antenna through which we perceive and the temple in which we live. The human being is a microcosm within the macrocosm: light, the rhythms of day and year and food from nature act on us, and we take them in through the body.
Thinking, feeling and acting need this foundation. The body forms energy, messengers and structure from minerals, trace elements, vitamins, amino acids and fatty acids. That is why the question of nourishment is part of support in the Perception Method, as part of the holistic view and without replacing medical treatment.
The Perception Method makes it possible to perceive and integrate what is essential in life by opening up access to fundamental emotional, mental and physical processes through deep self-awareness.
It fosters an understanding of your own actions, feelings and thought patterns and thereby supports personal development and the achievement of a harmonious balance in all areas of life.
The Perception Method is versatile and can be applied in many different areas of life. Here is a summary list of areas in which the Perception Method is used:
Personal development and self-awareness: Improving self-understanding and self-regulation.
Physical health: Reflection on possible psychosomatic connections – as a complement to, not a substitute for, medical treatment.
Emotional and mental health: Space to explore emotional issues and psychological burdens; does not replace psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment.
Professional development and career planning: Use in coaching and consulting to promote professional success and develop leadership skills.
Conflict resolution: Application in private and professional contexts to resolve interpersonal conflicts.
Communication skills: Improving communication in relationships, teams and organizations.
Relationships and partnership: Deepening understanding and relationship dynamics.
Finding meaning and defining life goals: Support in clarifying life goals and searching for personal meaning.
Management and corporate leadership: Application in corporate culture, team development and strategy development.
Creative processes and projects: Use in generating ideas and developing projects to encourage innovative solutions and creative approaches.
Through its holistic view of people and their environment, the Perception Method offers a wide range of possible applications. It enables an in-depth exploration of individual and collective challenges and encourages the development of sustainable solutions.
