Support program
Holistic orientation on exhaustion & energy
Support for exhaustion, burnout, CFS, and fatigue
Persistent tiredness, reduced resilience, or the feeling of being permanently "empty"?
Many people experience exhaustion, and it can be related to various lifestyle, stress, and metabolic factors.
This support program is aimed at people who want to understand their energy situation holistically and classify individual connections.
Exhaustion in a holistic context
In the functional and preventive approach, exhaustion and burnout are not viewed as having a single cause, but as an interplay of several levels, e.g.:
Stress and strain patterns
Sleep and recovery
Metabolic and energy processes
Nutrient availability
Individual lifestyle factors
Terms such as recovery, activation or energy balance describe possible goals of a health-conscious lifestyle, not guaranteed effects.
How the support works
Initial consultation
(approx. 45 minutes)
In the initial consultation, we take time to understand your personal situation holistically. Among other things, we take into account:
Your perception of exhaustion and strain
Sleep, stress, and daily structure
Diet and lifestyle habits
Relevant previous experiences and history
The aim is a well-founded orientation and jointly defining meaningful priorities.
Holistic, functional diagnostics
Based on the consultation, we discuss which diagnostic steps may be useful in the individual case.
The focus is on a functional view of energy and metabolic relationships.
Possible diagnostic content (individually tailored):
selected blood parameters
indications regarding micronutrients
metabolic and energy aspects (e.g., in connection with mitochondria)
stress-associated markers
The diagnostics serve classification and orientation, not the diagnosis or treatment of diseases.
Individual support plan
Based on the consultation and the findings, we draw up a time-limited, individual support plan (usually approx. 6–8 weeks). This may include:
Dietary recommendations
Suggestions on sleep, stress, and recovery
Practical structure and lifestyle suggestions for everyday life
Optional recommendations on dietary supplements or accompanying measures
All recommendations are voluntary and are agreed with you transparently.

Frequently asked questions about the support program for exhaustion, burnout & energy
Who is the support program for exhaustion and burnout suitable for?
This program is aimed at people who suffer from persistent tiredness, reduced energy, inner exhaustion, burnout, or limited resilience, or who subjectively perceive these states. The program is also suitable for people who, in the context of prevention and longevity, want to look more closely at their energy balance, stress level, and ability to recover .
It is not a therapy, but holistic support for a better classification of individual connections.
What do you mean by exhaustion and burnout in a holistic context?
In the holistic approach, exhaustion & burnout are not viewed as an isolated symptom, but as an interplay of various factors. These can include stress, sleep quality, daily structure, metabolic processes, nutrient availability, or individual life circumstances.
Terms such as energy, recovery or activation describe possible goals of a health-conscious lifestyle – not guaranteed effects or treatment outcomes.
How do I know which diagnostics make sense for me?
This decision is not made across the board. In the initial consultation, we look together at your individual situation, your perceptions, and relevant influencing factors. On this basis, we give a structured, experience-based recommendation as to which diagnostic steps might seem useful within a functional assessment.
The diagnostics serve exclusively for orientation and classification of energy, metabolic, and stress-related connections. They are always optional and are agreed with you transparently.
What role do metabolism and mitochondria play in exhaustion and burnout?
In the functional understanding, metabolic processes and energy production at the cellular level – often mentioned in connection with the mitochondria – are considered a possible aspect when people feel exhausted.
Such an assessment can help to better understand individual patterns. However, no automatic conclusions or promises of effect can be derived from it. The aim is always classification, not treatment.
Are infusions or supplements mandatory?
No. Infusions, dietary supplements, or other accompanying measures are not mandatory.
Based on practical experience, they can – embedded in diet, sleep, stress management, and daily structure – be considered an optional addition . Whether such measures seem useful for you is discussed individually. You decide at any time which recommendations you want to implement.
