The zero-point method
Many people live in a constant state of alarm: tired yet wired, exhausted yet restless. The zero point is the transition at which the body finds its way out of this constant tension and regains its capacity to recover. Making this transition possible is the most important process in our work.
A body that has energy and can recover is able to detoxify, to let go and to be creative.
Detoxification, recovery and creative strength are not things you can demand of the body. They come about when the foundation is right: enough energy in the cells, a nervous system that finds rest, and sleep that truly restores.
The same applies to the mind. Resolving conflicts, making decisions, starting something new: all of this comes more easily when we are well. That is why we work on the foundation first and only then on building up.
Exhaustion is widespread
- 57 %of people in Berlin and Brandenburg feel exhausted
- 78 %feel stressed often or sometimes
- 42 %have trouble falling or staying asleep
The model: three phases
Click a point on the curve or a phase.
Model, not measured values
The zero point is the transition. When the energy supply is right again and the parasympathetic system, the part of the nervous system for rest and digestion, gets its turn more often, the body gets room to switch from alarm to recovery.
Understand first: consultation and diagnostics
We do not start with a treatment but with a clear picture. In the consultation and with targeted lab diagnostics we look at where your body stands right now and how well it is able to recover. To do this, we examine three areas.
- 1
Energy
Nutrients and mitochondriaMitochondria are the power plants of the cells. Their energy metabolism needs vitamins, minerals and trace elements as cofactors. If something is missing, energy is missing for everything else, including recovery.
We check your nutrient supply and energy metabolism and replenish what is missing.
- 2
Nervous system and sleep
Messengers, balance, deep sleepThe sympathetic and parasympathetic systems alternate in a healthy rhythm: tension during the day, rest in the evening and at night. Messengers such as serotonin, dopamine and GABA shape how we feel and how we sleep. A large part of recovery takes place in deep sleep.
We look at mental and emotional strain, heart rate variability, cortisol and messengers if needed, and sleep.
- 3
Detoxification and letting go
Glutathione, liver, gutDetoxification costs energy. Glutathione captures harmful substances and is used up in the process; it is regenerated with energy from sugar metabolism. That is why detoxification only really gets going in the recovery phase, when glutathione metabolism can work again and the body can excrete.
We examine strains, glutathione metabolism, liver and gut. And we talk about what you would like to let go of emotionally.
The order matters: energy and the nervous system create the foundation; detoxification follows once the body has arrived in recovery.
How we accompany you
- 1Consultation and diagnosticsSymptoms, life story and lab tests: where does your body stand, how well can it recover? Diagnostics & lab →
- 2Restore energyTargeted support for nutrients and energy metabolism, for example through diet or infusions. Infusion therapy →
- 3Nervous system and sleepRhythm, breathing, deep sleep and conversations about what weighs on you. Sleep & rhythm →
- 4Detoxify and let goOnce recovery is in place: supporting liver, gut and excretion. Gut & digestion →
- 5Build up and createExercise and strength in the right dose, coaching for goals and new habits. Prevention programme →
Creating a foundation on which recovery can arise
We want people to regain their strength. Not by covering up individual complaints, but by working together to create the conditions under which the body can recover. That is where the strength for everything else comes from.

The curve is a model for illustration. It does not show measured values and does not predict the course for any individual. No promise of healing is made; our support does not replace medical diagnosis.
