Support Program
Holistic Orientation Around the Immune System
Frequent infections, a prolonged recovery phase, or the feeling of being physically less resilient?
The immune system is a complex interplay of various bodily processes and can be influenced by different lifestyle, stress, nutritional, and environmental factors.
This support program is aimed at people who want to look at their immune system holistically and better understand possible individual connections.
Immune system check including initial consultation, blood sampling, selected laboratory diagnostics, individual evaluation, and a 6-week support plan:
€650 (supportive health guidance).

The Immune System in a Holistic Context
In a functional and prevention-oriented understanding, the immune system is not viewed in isolation but as the result of an interplay of various levels, for example:
Stress and strain factors
Sleep and recovery phases
Metabolic and regulatory processes
Nutrient availability
Individual lifestyle and environmental factors
Terms such as immune balance, resilience, or regulation describe possible orientations and goals of a health-conscious lifestyle, not guaranteed effects or outcomes.
Course of the Support
Initial consultation
(approx. 45 minutes)
In the initial consultation, we take time to understand your personal situation holistically. Among other things, we take into account:
Your perception of resilience and susceptibility to infections
Sleep, stress, and daily structure
Diet and lifestyle habits
Relevant previous experiences and history
The aim is well-founded orientation and jointly defining meaningful priorities.
Holistic, functional diagnostics
Based on the consultation, we discuss which diagnostic steps may be useful in your individual case.
The focus is on a functional look at energy and metabolic connections.
Possible diagnostic content (individually tailored): The diagnostics serve assessment and orientation, not the diagnosis or treatment of diseases.
Immune system support program – process and content
The immune system support program begins with a detailed, holistically oriented initial anamnesis. This includes a structured conversation and a supplementary kinesiological test. Individual information on current complaints, lifestyle factors, stressful situations, and personal goals is collected.
Gut-related diagnostics
Parameters for assessing the digestive situation, the intestinal flora, and selected inflammatory and immune markers.
Micronutrient status
Laboratory parameters such as zinc, selenium, vitamin D, B12, magnesium, or iron to assess individual nutrient supply.
Inflammation and immune-related lab values
For example CRP, complete blood count (differential blood count)
Metabolic and energy parameters
Values that can allow an orienting assessment of physical resilience and regulatory capacity.
Individual support plan
Based on the consultation and the findings, we create a time-limited, individual support plan (usually approx. 6–8 weeks). This may include:
Dietary recommendations
Ideas on sleep, stress, and recovery
Practical structure and lifestyle suggestions for everyday life
Optional recommendations on dietary supplements or accompanying measures
All recommendations are voluntary and are agreed with you transparently.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Immune System Support Program
Who is the Immune System support program suitable for?
This program is aimed at people who suffer from persistent susceptibility to infections or reduced resilience, or who subjectively perceive these states. The offer is also suitable for people who want to engage more intensively with their immune system in the context of prevention and longevity.
It is not a therapy but holistic support for better understanding individual connections.
What do you mean by immune system support in a holistic context?
In the holistic approach, susceptibility to infections is not viewed as an isolated symptom but as an interplay of various factors. These can include stress, sleep quality, daily structure, metabolic processes, nutrient availability, or individual living circumstances.
Terms such as energy, regeneration, immune strengthening or activation describe possible goals of a health-conscious lifestyle – not guaranteed effects or treatment outcomes.
How do I know which diagnostics make sense for me?
This decision is not made across the board. In the initial consultation, we look together at your individual situation, your perceptions, and relevant influencing factors. On this basis, we give a structured, experience-based recommendation as to which diagnostic steps might seem useful as part of a functional assessment.
The diagnostics serve exclusively for orientation and assessment of energy, metabolic, and stress-related connections. They are always optional and are agreed with you transparently.
What role do micronutrient deficiencies and mitochondria play in the immune system?
In the functional understanding, metabolic processes and energy production at the cellular level – often mentioned in connection with the mitochondria – are considered a possible aspect when people feel exhausted or subjectively perceive themselves as susceptible to infections.
Such an assessment can help to better understand individual patterns. However, no automatic conclusions or promises of effect can be derived from it. The aim is always assessment, not treatment.
Are infusions or supplements mandatory?
No. Infusions, dietary supplements, or other accompanying measures are not mandatory.
Based on practical experience, they can be considered an optional addition – embedded in diet, sleep, stress management, and daily structure. Whether such measures seem useful for you is discussed individually. You always decide for yourself which recommendations you want to implement.
