What Is Bioresonance Therapy?

Bioresonance therapy (alternative names are MORA therapy, biophysical information therapy, or multiresonance therapy) is a method of alternative medicine. Its foundations and its efficacy have not been scientifically proven and are not recognized by conventional medicine.

According to the concept of bioresonance therapy, every substance and every body can be perceived as an electromagnetic oscillation and can be measured with the device. During the application, the recorded signal is inverted and returned to the body.
In naturopathy, BRT is used, among other things, as an accompanying measure in connection with detoxification concepts and the body's energy balance. In a certain sense, it is a musical treatment method: oscillations form the basis of the concept.

How Does the Bioresonance Method Work?

According to the bioresonance model, every substance – including every cell and every part of the body, but also viruses, bacteria, pollen, etc. – emits energy and thus has a very specific, typical wavelength or frequency with an entirely individual characteristic. This is also referred to as a frequency pattern.

An exchange of information takes place between the cells in the body. According to the bioresonance model, the cells also communicate with each other by means of "flashes of light." They exchange information via certain frequencies.

According to this concept: when disruptive substances (toxins, viruses, bacteria, etc.) or harmful radiation act on the body, they can hinder communication between the cells. This can result in organic changes, such as chronic fatigue, reduced performance, etc. Symptoms often appear where a weakness already exists – often hereditary.

What the Bioresonance Method Is About

  • The bioresonance device is used in this method to search for individual stress factors. There is no scientific proof for this form of testing.

  • The human body consists of 65% water. This fluid is not only a nutrient medium for the cells but also serves as a hazardous waste dump for harmful substances when the excretory organs such as the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, intestines, etc. are overloaded. According to its concept, bioresonance therapy aims to record such harmful substances (e.g., bacteria, viruses, electrosmog, dental materials, allergens, etc.). Corresponding frequency patterns are then applied.

  • The method relates to the naturopathic concept of the body's own regulation.

  • The concept of the method focuses on communication between the cells.

  • The topic of eliminating harmful substances plays a role in the concept.

  • Bioresonance therapy is carried out without medication.

Procedure of a Bioresonance Treatment

Testing procedures: Using muscle testing procedures, the therapist checks, according to the concept of the method, whether there are indications of intolerances, weakened organs, or exposure to toxins. These testing procedures are not scientifically recognized and do not replace medical diagnostics.

The results serve as the basis for the further application.

Therapy with a bioresonance device

Therapy with the Bioresonance Device

The bioresonance device generates a specific magnetic field that is directed at the patient during the application. A treatment usually lasts between 15 and 60 minutes. The therapy is perceived as pleasant and is completely painless.
The number of treatments depends on various factors. The application is based on the naturopathic concept of the body's own regulation.

Everything in the Body Oscillates

Bioresonance assumes a bioelectrical and "oscillating" nature of human beings. According to this concept, every cell of our organism oscillates at a certain frequency and emits a certain form of electromagnetic waves.

According to this model, the oscillation frequency of cells, tissues, and organs can be altered by disturbances caused, for example, by microorganisms, toxic products, a diet lacking essential nutrients, or a high level of stress. These changes throw homeostasis, or the body's capacity for self-regulation, out of balance, which can cause diseases to occur.

According to its concept, bioresonance therapy aims to detect altered electromagnetic waves and process them via a "molecular resonance filter." In doing so, the waves are distinguished into harmonious and disharmonious ones and processed differently.

Procedure of a Session

During a bioresonance session, the patient makes contact with four electrodes via their hands and feet. A special device registers the patient's oscillation frequencies and then returns these frequencies, adjusted to the needs of their organism.

Topics in Naturopathy

In naturopathy, bioresonance is used, among other things, in connection with the following topics. Its efficacy has not been scientifically proven; diseases require medical evaluation and treatment:

  • Allergies

  • Food intolerances

  • Gastrointestinal diseases

  • Dermatological diseases

  • Rheumatic diseases

  • Asthma

  • Bronchitis
