Oil dispersion bath & essential oils
The idea for oil dispersion baths goes back to Rudolf Steiner and was later taken up by Werner Junge, who in 1937 developed an apparatus to mix water and oil for therapeutic purposes.
Oil dispersion bath & essential oils
Oil, water When oil and water combine:
The dispersion device very easily combines the water for the bathtub/shower with the selected oil. Drop by drop, the essential oil enters the bubbling water vortex.
The vortex finely disperses the oil, and it combines with the water.
When essential oil is used, the finest oil particles come into contact with the skin.
In aromatherapy, essential oils are traditionally used in connection with the immune system and with acute and chronic complaints; many people find the bath pleasant.
