Rebalancing the system

Osteopathy is based on the premise that the balance between the different parts that make up the physical structure of the body…It works mainly with the bones, muscles and soft tissues that support the respective organs. According to the osteopathic understanding, tension or a blockage in this structure is reflected in a malfunction of the organs and the other physiological systems on which health and well-being depend.

  • Soft tissue massage
  • Joint mobilization
  • Stretching
  • Muscle energy techniques

This holistic approach aims to help your body find a state of balance. Each treatment is specifically tailored to the individual needs of the patient.
