Why is “buy first, then book” the process here?
When you buy online, your service is reserved bindingly and billing is settled in advance. You can then choose your appointment directly in the calendar, or we will arrange it with you personally. This keeps the process fast, transparent and predictable for you.
Do I need to know which treatment is right before I buy?
No. If you are unsure, it is best to book an introductory appointment first. There we clarify your concerns, discuss options (e.g. check-up, infusion, colon hydrotherapy, fasting support) and give you a comprehensible recommendation. This way you avoid booking the wrong service and have a clear plan.
Can I get an appointment without booking online?
Yes. You can contact us at any time. If you have already bought online, we will get in touch to arrange an appointment if you wish – or you can book in the calendar yourself. If you have not bought anything yet, we will first clarify which service is a good fit (often via the introductory appointment).
What happens after payment – do I automatically get an appointment?
After payment, you have two options:
(1) You book in the calendar.
(2) We contact you if you select this during the process or send us a message.
Important: the treatment only takes place at the agreed appointment.
Are infusions or supplements mandatory if I book a check-up?
No. A check-up serves for structured assessment and planning. Whether an infusion, a supplement strategy or only lifestyle/nutrition measures make sense afterwards is discussed individually. There is no obligation to make follow-up purchases.
