Our concept

Biology and biography together

What the gut absorbs becomes energy in the cells. How much energy is available is felt by the nerves and hormones. What burdens the body has to leave it again. And how you live decides whether it stays that way. That's why we work on all levels at the same time.

Principle 1

Zero point

Measure first, then act. All results together show where your body stands today – we later use this to measure what has changed.

Principle 2

Absorption

Health begins with what arrives. We check what your gut actually absorbs.

Principle 3

Energy

Fatigue is often a matter of the cells. We look at how well your power plants, the mitochondria, are working – and how much NAD⁺ is available to them.

Principle 4

Regeneration

The body should be able to recover again – in sleep, in the nervous system, in the cell.

Principle 5

Inner work

Mental coaching and focus, biographical work and inner child work: what has shaped you, what you need today and where you want to go.

Principle 6

New rhythms

Sleep, letting go and meditation as firm habits – so that the change lasts in everyday life.

Strong from within

What happens in the session with Yesha

Once a month, you take time for the inner side. Three approaches, depending on what's relevant at the moment.

Mental coaching

Focus

Clarifying goals, setting priorities, changing habits. It's about your clarity and about what drains your energy in everyday life and what gives you energy.

Biographical work

Your story

Together we look at stages of your life: What has shaped you, which patterns still accompany you today – and which ones do you want to keep?

Inner child

Early imprints

An image for the experiences and needs from childhood that still resonate today. We acknowledge them and look at what you can do differently today.

Coaching and biographical work are not psychotherapy. Mental illnesses should be treated by medical specialists or psychotherapists.

Our agreement – on the journey togetherHow we work together: trust, transparency, honesty

Imagine we board a sailboat together. We cast off from a harbor in Holland, and we know where we want to go: New York. We don't know exactly what the route will look like. There will be calm days and days with strong wind. Especially when something changes – in the body or within –, you need a crew that sticks together.

That's why we make a small agreement. It is based on trust, transparency and honesty – in both directions. We want to provide stability, understand the laws of nature and grow together.

What we promise you
  • We are there for you – especially when the wind picks up: when something changes, physically or mentally.
  • We tell you honestly what we see. We reflect back to you what we notice – drawing on up to 20 years of experience in therapeutic work.
  • We give you support and orientation and help you understand the laws of nature.
  • We adjust the course when the weather changes – month by month, according to what you need.
What we ask of you
  • You say openly what you need and how you are doing – even when you're not doing well.
  • You trust us, even when we are clear or strict at times. Honest words are part of the journey.
  • You are honest with yourself – about what comes up and about what you want.
  • You stick with your new rhythms, even on the days when it's hard.

Only with trust and honesty with ourselves will we arrive together.

This agreement describes how we work together. It is not a contract and does not replace any contractual terms.

Your diagnostics

Every value – and why we measure it

Included in the starter package. Tap an area: it lists every value we measure and what it stands for.

Absorption and gutWhat your body actually absorbs from food · 11 values

Health begins with what arrives. The best diet is of little use if the gut can't break it down and absorb it. The gut is also the largest part of our immune system and closely connected to the nervous system.

Basic Profile Stress (A020) · Sample: stool
Gut flora – aerobic and anaerobic bacteria
which bacteria live in your gut and whether the protective or the burdening ones predominate
Yeasts
whether yeasts such as Candida have multiplied strongly
Digestive residues (fat, nitrogen, sugar, water)
is anything left undigested? A direct indication of how well food is being broken down
Pancreatic elastase
does the pancreas produce enough digestive enzymes?
Bile acids
needed to absorb fats and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K)
Alpha-1 antitrypsin
an indication of whether the intestinal lining is irritated and permeable
Calprotectin
shows inflammatory activity in the intestinal wall
Secretory IgA
the defense directly at the mucosa – the gut's first protective layer
Zonulin
regulates the connections between the intestinal cells; elevated levels indicate a permeable intestinal barrier (“leaky gut”)
Histamine in stool
can be elevated with stress, intolerances or an irritated mucosa
Diamine Oxidase (C390) · Sample: blood
DAO
the enzyme that breaks down histamine from food in the gut. If there is too little of it, histamine-rich foods such as cheese, wine or tomatoes can cause symptoms
Mitochondrial longevity valuesEnergy in the cells – NAD⁺ and mitochondria · 7 values

Fatigue is often a matter of the cells. In the mitochondria, the power plants of every cell, food and oxygen are turned into energy. How well they work and how much NAD⁺ is available for this are among the most important values for a long, healthy life – for longevity.

Profile Nitrosative Stress + Mitochondria (E320) · Sample: blood
Mitochondrial activity
how much energy the power plants of your cells actually deliver
Nitrotyrosine
shows nitrosative stress – a burden that can slow down the mitochondria
Coenzyme Q10
without Q10, the mitochondrion cannot produce energy; also a cell-protecting substance
Vitamin B12
for nerves, blood formation and energy metabolism
LDH isoenzymes
show whether your cells generate energy with oxygen or switch to the less efficient emergency route
from NT Tryptophan Metabolism Plus (F620) · Sample: urine
NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide)
the central energy molecule of every cell. The mitochondria need NAD⁺ to obtain energy from food, and cell repair also depends on it. It is formed, among other things, from tryptophan via the kynurenine pathway and from vitamin B3 – a key value for mitochondrial longevity
Values for nitrosative stress and mitochondria
connect the nervous system with the energy of the cells
Detoxification capacityHow well your body protects itself and breaks down burdening substances · 11 values

Free radicals are produced whenever energy is generated, and we take in substances from the environment that have to leave the body again. The body has its own protection and detoxification systems. If they are exhausted, cells age faster and detoxification stalls.

Profile Glutathione Metabolism (E230) · Sample: blood
Glutathione (GSH)
the body's most important protective and detoxifying molecule, especially in the liver
Oxidized glutathione (GSSG)
the “used-up” glutathione. Its ratio to GSH shows how much strain the body is currently under
Superoxide Dismutase Mn (E301) · Sample: blood
SOD (manganese-dependent)
a protective enzyme directly in the mitochondria; it neutralizes free radicals where they are formed
Oxidized LDL (E305) · Sample: blood
ox. LDL
cholesterol that has been altered by free radicals. It shows whether oxidative stress is already reaching the blood vessels
Whole Blood Mineral Analysis Maxi (E101) – 9 burdening metals · Sample: blood
Lead
burdens the nerves and blood formation; source e.g. old water pipes
Cadmium
e.g. from cigarette smoke; displaces zinc and burdens the kidneys
Mercury
e.g. from amalgam or predatory fish; burdens the nervous system
Aluminum
e.g. from cookware, cosmetics or medications
Arsenic
e.g. from rice or drinking water
Nickel
e.g. from jewelry or food; a common allergy trigger
Tin, vanadium, thallium
environmental and industrial burdens, rare but important to know about
Minerals, trace elements and vitamin DThe tools of metabolism · 16 values

Minerals are the tools of metabolism – no enzyme works without them. They are measured in whole blood, i.e. also inside the cells, not just in the serum.

Whole Blood Mineral Analysis Maxi (E101) – 15 essential elements · Sample: blood
Sodium
water balance and nerve conduction
Potassium
heart rhythm, muscles and nerves
Calcium
bones, muscle function and signals between cells
Magnesium
involved in over 300 metabolic processes – muscles, nerves, energy, relaxation
Phosphorus
bones and a building block of the energy carrier ATP
Iron
oxygen transport and energy
Zinc
immune defense, skin, wound healing and hormones
Copper
iron metabolism, connective tissue, cell-protecting enzymes; counterpart of zinc
Selenium
cell protection and production of thyroid hormones
Manganese
building block of the protective enzymes in the mitochondria
Chromium
supports the action of insulin in sugar metabolism
Molybdenum
part of enzymes that break down sulfur compounds and uric acid
Iodine
building block of thyroid hormones
Cobalt
core of vitamin B12
Boron
bone metabolism, interplay with calcium, magnesium and vitamin D
Vitamin D3 (25-OH) (E540) · Sample: blood
Vitamin D
actually a hormone: for bones, the immune system and mood. Often in short supply in winter at our latitudes
NeurotransmittersThe messengers of the nervous system – also your regeneration profile · 12 values

Neurotransmitters transmit signals between nerve cells and control drive, mood, calm and sleep. Chronic stress uses them up until the stores are empty. The test shows the messengers, their building blocks and whether the body is diverting important raw materials into inflammatory pathways – and thus also how well your nervous system can switch from tension to recovery.

NT Tryptophan Metabolism Plus (F620) · Sample: urine
Tryptophan
the building block for serotonin and melatonin
Serotonin
mood, composure, satiety; precursor of the sleep hormone
Kynurenine, kynurenic acid, quinolinic acid
the second pathway of tryptophan. Under stress and inflammation, it is diverted here and is then missing for serotonin
IDO and KMO activity
the switches that decide which pathway tryptophan takes
Phenylalanine, tyrosine
building blocks for dopamine and the stress hormones
Dopamine
drive, motivation, joy
Noradrenaline, adrenaline
alertness and stress response; show how hard the stress system is working
GABA
the most important calming messenger – relaxation and sleep

neopterin shows activation of the immune system; BH4 is needed to form serotonin and dopamine
TMAO
a metabolic product of gut bacteria that is associated with vascular health
Regenerative capacityStress axis and hormones – how well you come to rest · 7 values

Regeneration means the body switches from performance to recovery. This is controlled mainly by the stress hormones and their counterpart. Measurement takes place in saliva – that's where the free, active fraction of the hormones is found. Together with the neurotransmitters, this results in your regeneration profile.

Hormone Profile Women (0935) or Men (0934) · Sample: saliva
Cortisol
the stress hormone. Permanently too high or already exhausted – both slow down regeneration
DHEA
the counterpart of cortisol and the raw material for many other hormones
