Individually adapted

The monthly price is a starting price. If you need more diagnostics or complementary measures, we adapt your program individually. We discuss the costs with you beforehand in a transparency consultation – only then do you decide.

Duration

The program runs for six months and then ends automatically – you don't need to cancel. If you'd like to stop earlier, you can cancel at any time. We then only charge for what has taken place up to that point; anything paid in advance for later appointments will be refunded. Beforehand, there is a free introductory conversation – you decide afterwards. The costs are generally not covered by statutory health insurance.

Our concept

Four steps for your center

Health begins with what actually arrives. What the gut cannot break down and absorb does not reach the cells. That is why we start there – and go step by step.

Step 1

Measure

Your zero point: How well do you digest, what does your gut absorb, what is the status of your nutrients and detoxification? Measure first, then act.

Step 2

Relieve

Colon hydrotherapy and a nutrition plan tailored to your results – less of what burdens you.

Step 3

Replenish

Infusion with oxygen and dietary supplements, selected according to your results.

Step 4

Stabilize

A consultation with the Natura team every month: What has changed, what is needed now? This is how new habits become part of everyday life.

Our agreement – on the journey togetherHow we work together: trust, transparency, honesty

Imagine we board a sailboat together. We set sail from a harbor in Holland, and we know where we want to go: to New York. We don't know exactly what the route will look like. There will be calm days and days with strong wind. Especially when something changes – in the body or within –, you need a crew that sticks together.

That is why we make a small agreement. It is based on trust, transparency and honesty – in both directions. We want to provide stability, understand the laws of nature and grow together.

What we promise you
  • We are there for you – especially when the wind picks up: when something changes, physically or mentally.
  • We tell you honestly what we see. We reflect back to you what we notice – drawing on up to 20 years of therapeutic experience.
  • We give you support and orientation and help you understand the laws of nature.
  • We adjust the course when the weather changes – month by month, according to what you need.
What we ask of you
  • You tell us openly what you need and how you are doing – even when you're not doing well.
  • You trust us, even when we are clear or strict at times. Honest words are part of the journey.
  • You are honest with yourself – about what comes up and about what you want.
  • You stick with your new rhythms, even on the days when it is hard.

Only with trust and honesty with ourselves will we arrive together.

This agreement describes how we work together. It is not a contract and does not replace any contractual terms.

Your diagnostics

Every value – and why we measure it

Included in the starter package. Tap an area: there you will find every value we measure and what it stands for.

Absorption and gutWhat your body actually absorbs from food · 11 values

Health begins with what actually arrives. The best diet is of little use if the gut cannot break it down and absorb it. The gut is also the largest part of our immune system and closely connected to the nervous system.

Basic Stress Profile (A020) · Sample: stool
Gut flora – aerobic and anaerobic bacteria
which bacteria live in your gut and whether the protective or the burdensome ones predominate
Yeasts
whether yeasts such as Candida have multiplied significantly
Digestive residues (fat, nitrogen, sugar, water)
is undigested food left over? A direct indication of how well food is being broken down
Pancreatic elastase
does the pancreas produce enough digestive enzymes?
Bile acids
needed to absorb fats and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K)
Alpha-1 antitrypsin
an indication of whether the intestinal mucosa is irritated and permeable
Calprotectin
shows inflammatory activity in the intestinal wall
Secretory IgA
the defense directly at the mucosa – the gut's first protective layer
Zonulin
regulates the connections between the intestinal cells; elevated levels indicate a permeable intestinal barrier (“leaky gut”)
Histamine in stool
can be elevated with stress, intolerances or an irritated mucosa
Diamine oxidase (C390) · Sample: blood
DAO
the enzyme that breaks down histamine from food in the gut. If there is too little of it, histamine-rich foods such as cheese, wine or tomatoes can cause discomfort
Detoxification capacityHow well your body protects itself and breaks down harmful substances · 9 values

Every time energy is produced, free radicals are formed, and we take in substances from the environment that need to leave the body again. The body has its own protective and detoxification systems. When they are exhausted, cells age faster and detoxification stalls.

Glutathione Metabolism Profile (E230) · Sample: blood
Glutathione (GSH)
the body's most important protective and detoxifying molecule, especially in the liver
Oxidized glutathione (GSSG)
the “used-up” glutathione. Its ratio to GSH shows how much the body is currently being challenged
Whole Blood Mineral Analysis Maxi (E101) – 9 harmful metals · Sample: blood
Lead
burdens the nerves and blood formation; sources include old water pipes
Cadmium
e.g. from cigarette smoke; displaces zinc and burdens the kidneys
Mercury
e.g. from amalgam or predatory fish; burdens the nervous system
Aluminum
e.g. from cookware, cosmetics or medications
Arsenic
e.g. from rice or drinking water
Nickel
e.g. from jewelry or food; a common trigger of allergies
Tin, vanadium, thallium
environmental and industrial exposures; rare, but important to know about
Minerals, trace elements and vitamin DThe tools of metabolism · 16 values

Minerals are the tools of metabolism – without them, no enzyme works. They are measured in whole blood, i.e. also inside the cells, not just in the serum.

Whole Blood Mineral Analysis Maxi (E101) – 15 essential elements · Sample: blood
Sodium
water balance and nerve conduction
Potassium
heart rhythm, muscles and nerves
Calcium
bones, muscle function and signals between cells
Magnesium
involved in over 300 metabolic processes – muscles, nerves, energy, relaxation
Phosphorus
bones and a building block of the energy carrier ATP
Iron
oxygen transport and energy
Zinc
immune defense, skin, wound healing and hormones
Copper
iron metabolism, connective tissue, cell-protective enzymes; counterpart to zinc
Selenium
cell protection and production of thyroid hormones
Manganese
a building block of the protective enzymes in the mitochondria
Chromium
supports the action of insulin in sugar metabolism
Molybdenum
part of enzymes that break down sulfur compounds and uric acid
Iodine
a building block of thyroid hormones
Cobalt
the core of vitamin B12
Boron
bone metabolism, interplay with calcium, magnesium and vitamin D
25-OH vitamin D3 (E540) · Sample: blood
Vitamin D
actually a hormone: for bones, the immune system and mood. Often in short supply in winter at our latitudes
Blood and liverThe basic values you know from your family doctor · 7 values

These values show how the major organs that process, detoxify and excrete are working.

Complete Blood Count (D160) · Sample: blood
Red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit
oxygen transport – the basis of all energy
MCV, MCH, MCHC
size and hemoglobin content of the red blood cells; indications of iron, B12 or folic acid deficiency
White blood cells with differential
the cells of the immune defense, broken down by type – show what the immune system is currently dealing with
Platelets
blood clotting
Liver-Pancreas Screening (G300) · Sample: blood
Gamma-GT
liver and bile; reacts early to strain, e.g. from alcohol or medications
GPT
shows whether liver cells are irritated – the liver is the central organ of detoxification
Amylase
pancreatic enzyme for digesting carbohydrates
